Directions

From Center City

Coming from Center City take 76 West to 476 North (Plymouth Meeting). Take exit 18a. You must go right off the exit, this is Ridge Pk. Go straight down Ridge through lights at Chemical Road, Butler Pike, and Spring Mill Road. Turn right at the fourth light (Joshua Road ). After turning onto Joshua make your first right (Crabapple) and then another first right into a gated community. This is the Glen at Lafayette Hill. At the guard house dial 263 or scroll down to "Muscle Therapy" and press "Dial" This will ring my phone and I will buzz you in. As you go under the gate make an IMMEDIATE left. Go to the end of the building and go in the door that says "Office Suites". It is room # 10

From King of Prussia

Coming from King of Prussia area - take 76 East to 476 North (Plymouth Meeting) Take exit 18a. Continue from there with above directions.

From Blue Bell

Coming from Blue Bell area take Butler Pike toward Conshohocken. Turn left on Ridge Pike. Follow Ridge to the second light (Joshua Rd.) and turn right. Then take your first right (Crabapple). Take one more first right into the gated complex (The Glen at Lafayette Hill). If the gate is down, dial 263 on the keypad. When you come through the gate make an immediate left. At the end of the building, come in the door that reads "Office Suites". Once inside look for suite 10.
